Local Communities

Engaging with communities at a grass-root level is vital to ensure our social influence. Backing this value, we partnered with Mrida, a social entrepreneurship initiative, and organised a two-day virtual crocheting workshop for women tailors in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. This upskilling workshop not only gave the women an opportunity to enhance the value of their work but also taught them how they could capitalise on these skills further.

We consistently put special attention to who we conduct business with and for. We take conscious steps while onboarding a supplier or customer in which they go through a stringent on-boarding procedure. We monitor compliance of the businesses in all areas, including Social/Labor compliance, OHS Compliance, Product Quality Compliance and Environment Compliance.

We engage with entities that are conscious about their impact on the society and the environment at large, the motivation behind these collaborations is to together achieve our communal goal of betterment of society and working towards creating a better place for our progeny. In our humble attempt to give back, we organised a donation drive of pre-loved clothes at the office and also donated fabric to Clothes Box Foundation, a platform involved in the growth of the underprivileged. We are overjoyed by the smiles we were able to spread and look forward to create more impact.
